User Conduct Rules

• Respect intellectual property rights.
• Avoid transmitting harmful or offensive content.
• Refrain from disrupting the services or other users’ access.

User Content

Users may submit documents or information to Lexentra relevant to providing legal support.

Users retain ownership of their submissions but grant Lexentra a license to use such content solely to deliver agreed services.

By submitting content, users grant Lexentra a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license for service delivery and improvement.

Users affirm that all content provided is lawful, accurate, and does not infringe third-party rights.

Lexentra may remove or refuse content that violates these terms or applicable laws.

Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights related to Lexentra’s services, branding, and materials remain the property of Lexentra or its licensors.

• Users shall not reproduce or distribute Lexentra’s materials without prior permission.
• Users shall not modify or create derivative works from Lexentra’s content.
• Unauthorized use of Lexentra’s intellectual property is subject to legal action.

Paid Services

Certain legal support services offered by Lexentra require payment of fees as specified during the engagement process.

Service fees will be clearly communicated prior to provision and are subject to periodic review.

Payments must be made through designated methods in a timely manner to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
